E-commerce and export packaging design

Packaging built for parcel networks, marketplaces and long-distance export, so products arrive intact and freight costs stay under control.

E-commerce packaging that survives the parcel journey

Parcels are dropped, stacked, conveyed and sorted many times before they reach a customer. We design e-commerce packaging for those conditions, and for a good unboxing moment at the end.

Right-sized, ship-in-own-container designs reduce void fill and dimensional weight charges, and we design packs to meet marketplace requirements such as ISTA 6-Amazon.

Export packaging for long distances

Export shipments face long transit times, humidity and heavy stacking in containers. We select board grades for these conditions, design stable pallet patterns and maximise container loads to reduce cost per unit shipped.

How we work

  1. Brief and product study

We learn your product, supply chain, budget and goals, and agree what success looks like.

  2. Concept and structure

We develop structural concepts with dielines and 3D visuals for quick review.

  3. Sample and validate

We make physical samples, refine them with you and test where needed.

  4. Production handover

You receive production-ready files and specifications, and we support your manufacturer.

Frequently asked questions

Our products are getting damaged in transit. Can you stop it?

Yes. We study the damage, redesign the pack with fitments or a stronger structure, and test it at ISTA-certified labs against parcel-network conditions, so it arrives in the condition your customer expects.

How can we ship more products in a single container?

We right-size cartons, improve pallet patterns and model container loading in 3D, so more units fit per pallet and per container without compromising protection. Less wasted space means a lower freight cost per unit.

What is SIOC packaging?

Ship in own container (SIOC) means the product's packaging is strong enough to ship without an extra outer box, which saves material and cost in e-commerce.

Can you make packaging Amazon-ready?

We design packaging to meet Amazon's ISTA 6 requirements and manage testing with certified partner labs.
