Packaging structural design and dieline services

We engineer corrugated boxes, folding cartons and inserts around your product, your filling line and your supply chain, and hand over packaging dielines your converter can run from day one.

Structure first, then everything else

Good packaging starts long before graphics. We study your product's size, weight and fragility, how it is filled and sealed, how it travels and where it is sold. From there we choose the right board grade and flute, the right style and the right way to hold the product in place.

Every structure is drawn as a precise dieline with cut, crease and perforation lines, checked against the limits of real die-cutting and folding-gluing machines. What you approve on screen is what your manufacturer produces, without surprises at the sampling stage.

Packaging dielines, drawn for real production

A packaging dieline is the flat technical drawing of a pack, showing every cut, crease, perforation and glue area. It is the blueprint your printer and die-maker work from, so accuracy matters. We create custom packaging dielines from scratch, correct and rebuild existing ones, and adapt dielines when your product size, board grade or manufacturer changes. Every dieline is checked for board thickness allowances, so the folded pack fits your product exactly.

Graphic and artwork design on the right structure

Once the structure is right, we map your artwork to it panel by panel, so branding faces the shopper, mandatory text sits where it can be read and nothing important lands on a crease or glue flap. You receive print-ready files built on the same dieline your converter will use.

How we work

  1. Brief and product study

We learn your product, supply chain, budget and goals, and agree what success looks like.

  2. Concept and structure

We develop structural concepts with dielines and 3D visuals for quick review.

  3. Sample and validate

We make physical samples, refine them with you and test where needed.

  4. Production handover

You receive production-ready files and specifications, and we support your manufacturer.

Frequently asked questions

We are launching a new product. Can you create the packaging solution?

Yes. We take it from concept to production: structural design and dielines, 3D visuals, prototypes and printed samples, and testing where needed. You receive production-ready files and specifications, and we support your manufacturer through sampling.

Our products are getting damaged in our current packaging. Can you stop it?

Yes. We find where the pack fails, then redesign the structure with better fitments, board grade or fit, and show the difference on samples. Usually a targeted structural change fixes it, not a full redesign. For transit damage we can also test the result at ISTA-certified labs.

We need to reduce our packaging cost. How can you help?

A better structure often costs less to make and ship: the right board grade, a right-sized pack, fewer parts and a cleaner sheet layout. We show the saving on samples before you commit. See packaging optimization.

What files do you deliver?

We deliver dielines in the formats your converter works with, typically PDF, AI and DXF, along with specification details such as board grade, flute and internal dimensions.

Can you design for our existing manufacturer?

Yes. We design around your converter's machinery and material availability, and can coordinate directly with their team during sampling.

Can you create only a packaging dieline for us?

Yes. Many clients come to us just for a packaging dieline, whether a new design, a correction to an existing file or a dieline adapted for a new product size.
