Innovative and sustainable packaging design

New formats, fewer materials and recyclable board. We develop packaging ideas that open new possibilities for brands, and engineer every one to run on real production lines.

Innovation that is ready to manufacture

Packaging innovation only matters if it can be made at scale. We combine creative concept development with structural know-how to create new formats, better unboxing, smarter closures and packs that work harder on shelf and in transit.

Each idea is tested as a physical sample early, so you can hold it, fill it and judge it before committing to tooling.

Sustainable choices without losing protection

We help brands move from plastic and foam to paper-based alternatives, reduce board weight, remove unnecessary components and design for recycling. Every change is checked against protection needs, so sustainability never comes at the cost of damaged products.

How we work

  1. Brief and product study

We learn your product, supply chain, budget and goals, and agree what success looks like.

  2. Concept and structure

We develop structural concepts with dielines and 3D visuals for quick review.

  3. Sample and validate

We make physical samples, refine them with you and test where needed.

  4. Production handover

You receive production-ready files and specifications, and we support your manufacturer.

Frequently asked questions

Can you replace plastic or foam with paper-based packaging?

Often, yes. Corrugated fitments, honeycomb board and paper-based inserts can replace plastic and EPS in many products. We confirm the protection with samples and transit testing.

Does sustainable packaging cost more?

Not necessarily. Reducing material, right-sizing and removing components often lowers cost as well as environmental impact.

We are launching a new product. Can you design its packaging sustainably from the start?

Yes. It is easier and cheaper to choose paper-based, right-sized packaging at the concept stage than to change it later. We develop the structure, sample it and test it, so the pack is ready for launch.

Can you develop a completely new packaging format?

Yes. We take ideas from first sketch to working prototype, and design them around manufacturing processes available to you.
