Packaging optimization and protective packaging solutions
Less material, lower freight, fewer damages. We optimise packaging where it has the most impact on your costs and on how well your product arrives.

Optimization that shows up on the bottom line
Small changes to packaging can have large effects across a supply chain. We review board grades, box dimensions, packing configurations and pallet patterns to reduce material and fit more product in every shipment.
Each recommendation comes with samples and, where needed, testing, so savings are proven before they reach production.
Protective packaging solutions
When products arrive damaged, the cost goes far beyond the replacement. We find where damage happens and design inserts, fitments and outer packs that protect fragile products without overpacking them.
How we work
Brief and product study
We learn your product, supply chain, budget and goals, and agree what success looks like.
Concept and structure
We develop structural concepts with dielines and 3D visuals for quick review.
Sample and validate
We make physical samples, refine them with you and test where needed.
Production handover
You receive production-ready files and specifications, and we support your manufacturer.
Frequently asked questions
We need to reduce our packaging cost. How can you help?
We review the pack as a whole: board grade and flute, right-sizing, sheet layout and nesting, and any parts, fillers or inserts that are not needed. The aim is lower material, freight and packing cost without weakening protection. We share an assessment before you commit to changes.
How can we ship more products in a single container?
We model the carton, pallet and container load in 3D, then adjust pack sizes and layouts so more units fit per pallet and per container, while keeping the load stable and protected. Fewer containers mean a lower freight cost per unit.
Our products are getting damaged in our current packaging. Can you stop it?
Yes. We find where and why the damage happens, then redesign the weak points with better fitments, board or fit, and prove it on samples and, where needed, transit testing. Fewer damaged products also means lower returns and replacement costs.
Will optimised packaging still protect my product?
Yes. Protection is the first requirement. Every change is checked with samples and, where needed, transit testing.
Do you work with existing suppliers?
Yes. We design changes your current converter can produce, so you keep your supply chain.
