Packaging testing and ISTA compliance, managed end to end
We design your packaging to pass, manage testing with ISTA-certified partner labs and fix any failure fast, so you get compliant packaging without managing the process yourself.

Designed to pass, then proven in the lab
Testing works best when it is planned from the start. We identify the tests your packaging must pass, whether for a retailer, marketplace or export customer, and design the structure and materials to meet them.
We then coordinate testing with ISTA-certified partner laboratories, review the results with you and, if a pack fails, analyse why and redesign it. You deal with one team from design through to the final test report.
Packaging compliance without the paperwork burden
Beyond transit tests, we help your packaging meet customer specifications, retailer requirements and export expectations. We prepare the technical details, coordinate with the lab and keep records organised for audits and future orders.

Frequently asked questions
Our products are getting damaged in transit. Can you stop it?
Yes. We study the damaged packs and your shipping route, match the likely cause to the right test (drop, vibration or compression), then redesign the weak point and retest. The goal is packaging that survives real transit, not just one test.
Do you have your own testing lab?
No. We work closely with ISTA-certified partner laboratories. Our role is to design packaging to pass, manage the testing process and resolve any failures.
Which ISTA test does my packaging need?
It depends on how your product is shipped and who your customer is. Parcel shipments often need ISTA 3A, and Amazon has its own ISTA 6 requirements. We advise on the right test for your supply chain.
What happens if my packaging fails a test?
We review the failure mode, redesign the weak point, sample it and retest. Most failures can be fixed with targeted changes rather than a full redesign.
