Amazon case study: returnable packaging for TV buyback

A returnable packaging system for a 32-inch TV buyback pack made for Amazon. A corrugated tray, inner fitments, EPE foam wrapping and velcro straps hold the TV securely, and the whole pack goes into an outer corrugated box.

What we designed

We also produced a picture-led, nine-step assembly instruction sheet, from placing the TV on the foam to taping the outer box, so the pack is packed the same way every time by different people.
